M8 with no stars

Ever wonder what your favorite deep sky objects look like without all those pesky stars in the way? I've been playing around with a method of processing the stars and deep sky objects in an image separately to control the bloating of stars when the picture is stretched. It turns out that you can have some fun on cloudy nights with the technique. Take a look at the M8 image below. The stars have been removed to show what the nebula might look like from a different perspective.
